Ilieseva is one of our Community Nurses commencing at Vita Health Medical & Specialist Clinic.
She is now available to provide Continence Assessments for NDIS, Aged Care and Veterans Affairs participants — via telehealth Australia wide or in person, depending on location.
She brings experience in:
• Continence assessments
• Wound care
• Chronic disease support
• Medication management
• Community nursing across NDIS, Aged Care and VET programs
